Onset insomnia

This condition is where you find it hard initiating sleep. Onset insomnia can either be acute or chronic, depending on the underlying conditions. Some of the most common causes of this type of disorder are psychological. Some of the most common include anxiety, stress and depression in extreme cases. Intake of some fluids with high caffeine levels may also make it hard for you to catch some sleep.
